In this session, you are invited to relax deeply and allow stress and tension to dissolve.To begin with, you will be welcomed into a relaxing space with soft light. Then you will be treated to an extended deep relaxation, or Yoga Nidra, then a relaxing mini-sound journey.  After the session you are welcome to stay for tea, coffee or a soft drink with some cake and nibbles.  The investment for this event is £15.50.
